Ted, a native of South Hill, Va., is a 1988 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, and earned his law degree at the Cumberland School of Law, Samford Univ. in 1996, before moving to Danville to begin the practice of law with CLEMENT & WHEATLEY. Ted is active in his church and community. He and his wife, Helen Jane, have one son, Miller.
