Lee joined Clement & Wheatley in 2009. As a former general counsel to New York Stock Exchange traded companies and a small business owner, Lee brings a wide range of practical knowledge and experience to his business and commercial practice. He particularly enjoys working with clients, literally as part of their management team, in devising the best possible legal solutions to help them achieve their business objectives at the lowest possible cost and with the least possible risk. Lee's practice primarily focuses on -

Personal

Lee was born in North Carolina and grew up in Florida. He and his wife, Valerie, have lived in Danville since 1990 and raised their son, Mark, in Danville. Lee enjoys music, is a member of the Danville Symphony Orchestra and is active in his church choir. Lee is also active outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking and gardening.
