Seth was raised in Williamsburg, Virginia and moved to Charlottesville to attend the University of Virginia where he earned a double major in Economics and Environmental Science. Seth attended the University of Richmond School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review and interned for the Honorable Justice Lemons of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Seth moved to Danville in 2007.
