Seth's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and business law. Seth attended the University of Virginia where he earned a double major in Economics and Environmental Science. Seth attended the University of Richmond School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review and interned for the Honorable Justice Lemons of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Seth moved to the area in 2007 to join Clement & Wheatley, and lives with his wife Sarah. Seth is a Circuit Representative for the Young Lawyers Conference of the Virginia State Bar. Seth serves on the Board of Directors of the Danville Public Schools Education Foundation, and is a member of the Danville Riverview Rotary Club.
