Stuart, a Danville native, is a 1997 graduate of the University of Virginia and obtained his law degree from the University of Memphis in 2000. Stuart maintains an active litigation practice in all levels of trial courts in Virginia and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Prior to joining Clement & Wheatley in 2012, Stuart served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Roanoke, VA, in 2001, and was the Managing Partner of WeberPearson, PC, in Roanoke, VA, from 2003 to 2012.
Stuart is active in the community most recently serving as President of the Church of the Holy Spirit Inc. Stuart is also active in youth athletics where he coaches both soccer and lacrosse.
