Biography: Edward F. Hodges, Jr. ("Ted") is a native of South Hill, Virginia. Ted is a 1988 graduate of Hampden-Syndey College, and earned his Law Degree at the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1996. Ted's scholastic honors include the Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow (1995-96), the Scholar of Merit - Commercial Transactions (1995), and the George M. Stewart Banking Award (1995). Ted is a member of the Virginia Bar Association (Co-Chair of Young Lawyers Division Southside Pro Bono Hotline Committee), and the Danville Bar Association. Ted's law practice concentrates in general civil litigation and creditors rights.
