Biography: Zach is originally from Mount Airy, North Carolina. He moved to Danville with his wife, Jennifer, in August 2007. At Campbell University, Zach majored in Trust and Investment Management and minored in Financial Planning. Zach also received his Masters of Business Administration from Campbell. While a student, Zach gained experience working in the trust departments of Wachovia, Bank of America, and First Citizens Bank. Prior to attending law school, Zach worked for two years as a trust officer with Bank of America in Charlotte, where he administered over 200 trust accounts and gave estate planning and investment advice to high net worth individuals. During law school, Zach worked for Chief Justice Sarah Parker of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Zach’s practice at Clement & Wheatley focuses primarily on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and elder law. In addition to his law practice, Zach enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife.
