Ted, a native of South Hill, Va., is a 1988 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, and earned his law degree at the Cumberland School of Law, Samford Univ. in 1996, before moving to Danville to begin the practice of law with Clement Wheatley. Ted is active in his church and community. He and his wife, Helen Jane, have one son, Miller.
